Thank you for shopping at Guy Arthur. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order through guyarthur.com, you agree to the terms below.
1. Physical Products (Merch)
Our merch is fulfilled and shipped through Printful, a print-on-demand provider. Because items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Damaged / Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with Printful to provide a replacement at no additional cost.
- Wrong Size or Buyer’s Remorse: We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing, ordering mistakes, or change of mind, since all items are produced on demand. Please check size guides carefully before ordering.
- Lost in Transit: If your package does not arrive, contact us at contact@guyarthur.com. We will investigate with Printful and provide a replacement if confirmed lost.
2. Digital Products (Sounds, Sample Packs, Project Files, etc.)
All digital products are delivered electronically and are non-refundable and non-returnable once downloaded or accessed.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Sample packs
- Preset packs
- Project breakdowns
- Any other downloadable or streaming-only content
We cannot issue refunds for digital goods due to their nature. If you experience technical issues accessing your files, please contact us and we will ensure you receive your purchase.
3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
To report a problem with your order, email us at contact@guyarthur.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos (for physical product problems)
We will respond within 3–5 business days.
4. Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, or replacements if:
- The request is made more than 14 days after delivery (physical products).
- The product has been used, washed, or altered.
- The issue is due to customer error (e.g., incorrect size ordered).
- The product is a digital good that has already been accessed or downloaded.
