1.2 Production and Delivery Time: Since each product is made to order, please allow for additional processing time before your order is shipped. This helps prevent overproduction, making our operations more eco-friendly. Delivery times may vary depending on the availability of materials and production demands. Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

● USA: 3–4 business days

● Europe: 6–8 business days

● Australia: 2–14 business days

● Japan: 4–8 business days

● International: 10–20 business days

1.3 Shipping Locations: Our T-shirts are exclusively shipped from the United States and Canada. Other items, such as Hoodies and Accessories, are shipped from the nearest fulfillment center to your location to ensure the fastest and most efficient delivery.

2.1 Currency: All prices listed on our website are in the currency indicated. Please note that any additional fees related to currency conversion may apply, depending on your location and payment method.

3.2 Order Modifications/Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Therefore, please review your order carefully, including the shipping information before confirming the purchase.

3.3 No Buyer's Remorse: Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons of buyer's remorse, except for Customers residing in Brazil. We strongly encourage you to carefully review your order and double-check the relevant details to ensure it meets your requirements, before completing the purchase. 3.4 Wrong Address: If you provid e an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the production facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

3.5 Unclaimed Shipments: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days.

5.2 Replacement Process: To initiate the replacement process, please provide us with clear photographs of the defective item, clearly showing the issue in 30 days of receiving the defective item. Upon review and confirmation of the defect, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you, free of charge.

5.3 Exclusions: Please note that this policy applies only to visible defects or manufacturing flaws from the factory. It does not cover damages caused by mishandling, improper care, or normal wear and tear. Additionally, minor variations in print placement or color, as mentioned in Section 4.2, are not considered defects.
